    Learn to cook or hire a cook. You should learn to cook vada pav / samosa to control the taste of your product. Food industry is all about taste!

    Food industry is all economy of volumes. In Mumbai, vada pav is sold for 10 INR. On an average, stalls usually sell around 1500 vada pav’s per day. That translates into sale of 15000 INR per day. Profit margin is usually 50-70% in food sector. It means a profit of 7500-10500 per day!Find a place that has high footfalls - it can even be a corner on the street and you can just use a table to sell it!

    Hire a labour and a cook. Setup cost is mostly on investing in groceries and a table or a small shop. All inclusive, it will cost you a max. of 75,000.
